Brittany Britton RMT
Brittany is a Registered Massage Therapist, graduated with an advanced diploma from Lambton College in 2011. With a passion for continuously furthering her knowledge, and to better improve her clients care, Brittany has enrolled in extra curricular courses and has certified herself in:

Brittany strongly believes in maintaining a healthy body and mind with exercise, nutrition, yoga and proper sleep. Her mission as an RMT, is to help her clients achieve optimal health and happiness with the natural and effective use of modern Massage Therapy treatments. Brittany’s knowledge of physiology and anatomy, combined with traditional Swedish and modern massage techniques, stretching and hydrotherapy, allows her to assess and create a treatment plan to efficiently achieve her client’s specific goals.
Brittany grew up playing competitive sports her whole life and takes a big interest in sports injury and rehabilitation massage. When Brittany is not working as an RMT, she spends her time running and weight training at the gym to maintain strong, healthy muscles. Brittany has worked with many athletes, workout enthusiasts, and post-injury conditions. Aside from athletes, Brittany sees and treats a number of clients presenting with residual tension and pain from the over-use and repetitive strain of a desk job.
Brittany understands the pain patterns and conditions that conjunction with a desk job. These include but are not limited to: upper back and neck pain and discomfort, tension headaches and migraines, low back pain, poor posture, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis and over-use injuries and more.
Brittany sees no greater reward then helping her clients achieve their desired health goals, whether it is healing from an injury, preventative therapy or relaxation.
