Dr. Jennah Miller, ND is a Toronto based Naturopathic Doctor who believes that when a woman is healthy (really healthy), there is absolutely nothing that can stand in her way. She works with weird, wild, and badass women in co-creating their own brand of vitality and brilliance. Dr. Jennah understands that women are not simply small men, and she believes that they deserve so much more than one size fits all medicine. Your health care should be just as unique as you are.
Whether it be slaying PMS symptoms and regulating periods or optimizing energy to grow your side hustle, Dr. Jennah works alongside her patients to create an individualized treatment plan that they can truly call their own. She is a demolisher of period cramps, champion of self care, and a really big fan of talking about menstruation. Above all, she believes that you are worth your own time. Every. Single. Day.

Dr. Jennah graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine with a strong interest in women’s fertility, menstrual, and reproductive health. She has always been passionate about teaching women how to love their periods, and believes that connecting with the shifting tides of our own bodies can be incredibly therapeutic. With an undergraduate degree in Nutrition, Dr. Jennah has vast knowledge of how to fuel the female body.
Being a woman navigating the conventional medical system herself, Dr. Jennah always felt like something was lacking in her own experiences. Something as simple as discussing birth control or menstrual health with family doctors over the years felt dismissive, and Dr. Jennah found that many female problems were not treated as “real” problems – in fact, they seemed to be barely worth a discussion. She became a Naturopathic Doctor because she believed that modern feminist healthcare could become a reality.
