Mallory’s program offerings include one, two, or three month options. She focuses on the foods you love, your specific lifestyle, and day to day schedule. Her approach is not “one size fits all” and believes success is not perfection, it’s making a better choice than you would have yesterday. All three program length options include:
- A personalized, simple online daily food tracking account (app and website both available)
- A one day example meal plan (5-6 meals included)
- Daily review of your eating with online, educational feedback covering the changes you should make in your nutrition to hit your specific health goal (s). Mallory’s feedback includes proper meal timing based on your schedule, healthier food substitutions, healthier brand recommendations, healthy restaurant eating tips, strategic placement of meals, etc. Anything you should alter in your day to day nutrition to look and feel great will be communicated to you. (Mon-Fri)
- An open line of communication for you to ask Mallory any nutrition related questions when they arise
- Monthly progress photos (optional)
I’ve been inspired by Mallory for the last couple of years. Mallory is entirely authentic, she lives and breathes health and nutrition has an enviable work ethic. Personally, one of her most admirable qualities is empathy. She doesn’t judge or assume, she asks a lot of questions and she understands people. Mallory’s advice on nutrition is on point. Clearly an expert in her field Mallory focuses on long term sustainable results but also know how to help you break your bad habits and make short term changes. You know Mallory is going to be there for you, her commitment to her clients is phenomenal. In terms of results I achieved rapid weight loss (25lbs in our first month together). I’m more positive about the future and I’d highly recommended Mallory’s ability to help you achieve your goals.”

“Worrying about eating the right things to stay healthy and lose weight can seem like a hassle on top of a busy schedule. I never had the time to plan out my meals and always ended up relying on fast foods and pre-made “diet foods” that weren’t satisfying. Working with Mallory showed me that it doesn’t take any extra time to plan out the meals that will be the most satisfying and filling throughout the day and that I can still eat the things I like. I love that I’m making smarter choices and becoming a healthier person while also working towards my fitness goals. Thank you for making this painless”

“Mallory helped me realize that food is not your enemy; rather, if you treat food as a source of nourishment, rather than a source of comfort, you will be rewarded. I have reached a point where I am more confident with myself as a result of the weight loss, but more importantly I have learned that I am worth the effort it took to succeed.Love you Mallory.”
