About Aches Away Toronto
We're more than a healthcare clinic - we're your partners in healing. Our multidisciplinary team of registered professionals provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a trauma-informed environment where you feel safe, respected, and empowered.
Our Story
Founded in 2012, Aches Away Toronto began with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a healthcare environment where every person feels safe, heard, and empowered in their healing journey.
Our founders recognized that traditional healthcare often overlooks the emotional and psychological aspects of healing. We set out to change that by integrating trauma-informed principles into every aspect of our practice.
Today, we're proud to serve over 2,500 patients annually with our comprehensive approach that combines massage therapy, osteopathy, naturopathy, and acupuncture in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Faz Moosa
Owner / Registered Massage Therapist
14+ years experience
Faz is the founder of Aches Away Toronto, a problem solver who combines movement assessment and hands-on massage to help people get more than just temporary relief. His day-to-day caseload centres on TMJ pain, headaches, postural imbalances, and persistent muscular tension. He believes lasting healing comes from understanding the full picture—how you move, how you rest, how you heal.

Alok graduated from McMaster University with a degree in Honours Kinesiology. Throughout his studies he worked at McMaster University's sports medicine clinic, where he gained valuable experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. His interest in osteopathy developed when he learned the story of a family friend. Their son was born with clubbed feet and, at four years old, was still unable to walk. Medical advice said surgery was the only option, but while her son waited for an operation, the mother took him to see an osteopathic manual practitioner. Within six months he was showing marked improvement, and within two years he was walking normally — without surgery. Inspired by that outcome and by what osteopathic manual therapy could do for himself and others, Alok trained to become an osteopathic manual practitioner. Alongside his hands-on techniques, he believes strongly in teaching clients how they can help themselves resolve their aches and pains, and always explains his treatment plan. He continues to follow that passion, advancing his education and knowledge through ongoing studies.

Kevin's massage work centres on resetting an overloaded nervous system. He uses patterns and flow with therapeutic, firm pressure, unwinding the body in layers so it feels like a ritual you return to. He particularly enjoys working with high-stress clients, desk workers with chronic postural tension, glute, hip and low back complaints including sciatica-type pain, and headaches. He also practises acupuncture and can combine both approaches when it suits your plan.
Amy's journey from dancer to healer gives her unique insight into posture, strain, and recovery. She helps clients rebound from injuries or tension with focused, adaptive massage designed to restore comfort, mobility, and confidence.
Andy has worked as a personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist for over 20 years and is currently studying manual osteopathy. His sessions are exploratory and educational, adapting across the full pressure range and combining hands-on work with movement assessment. He is especially confident with chronic low back and neck pain, athletic injuries, TMJ, and hypermobility spectrum disorders, and enjoys working with weekend warriors and active people who want to get out of pain and move better.
Anna works mobility into every treatment, blending Swedish and Thai-style techniques. She enjoys working with athletes, office workers, people with knee and hip replacements, and anyone recovering from back or shoulder injuries, and is confident with headaches, neck and shoulder girdle issues, and low back and hip pain. Her philosophy is simple: every body is worthy of attention and care exactly as it arrives on the table.
Dana De Clerck
Registered Massage Therapist
6+ years experience
Dana works with fluid, wavelike, firm pressure designed to calm the nervous system and create a state of deep restoration. She doesn't subscribe to "no pain, no gain". Her focus is neck and shoulder pain, low back and hips, and headaches, and she is a natural fit for clients who arrive stressed or burned out and need a reset. She keeps sessions quiet and reassuring, and you can always tell her what you'd like more or less of.
Grace takes a collaborative, educational approach and regularly builds movement assessment into her sessions, adapting across the full pressure range. Her toolkit includes deep tissue, trigger point work, assisted stretching, joint mobilization, cupping, and prenatal and TMJ techniques. She works with desk workers, athletes, pregnant and postpartum clients, post-surgical recovery, and people with headaches or jaw tension.
